Job Description:
Max & Chloe is a leading, online shopping destination offering fashion and fine jewelry. We have a full-time opening as a customer care associate where you will be receiving incoming calls, following up with customers, taking phone orders, replying to emails as well as processing returns, and other related duties. Interest or knowledge in jewelry or fashion is a plus, but not required.

Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written English)
• Should be extremely personable
• Must be computer savvy with good working background in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to work independently
• Associate's Degree

The right candidate needs to have a proven attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to provide excellent customer service to clients and staff. This team member must also have a strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications and have the ability to prioritize.
